Programme & Adventure Assistant, Queens Guide Adviser, Ranger Adviser

As both the county and region Ranger adviser, I bring my 30 plus years as a leader and my enthusiasm for the role. I enjoy working with the 14 plus age group, encouraging them to get the most out of Girlguiding, signposting them to what is on offer for them, not only in the county but at the region and nationally.
I love being able to organise county events for our Rangers and showing them that their suggestions and ideas can happen. I am happy to visit any unit and enjoy hearing about what units have planned.

Young Leaders
It’s a pleasure to work with the Young Leaders in the county, I’m always happy to answer any questions and visit both YL’s and the units they are working with.

Peer Education
Promoting Peer Education to both prospective Peer educators and Unit leaders is a pleasure. I am able to inform them about the Peer Ed training and the topics that can be delivered to units.
I’ve been fortunate to work with the staff at Girlguiding HQ, helping develop girls’ ideas.
